Welcome to the UTSA Counselor Education and Supervision Doctoral Webpage!  We are glad you have taken the opportunity to visit. 

As you peruse these pages and get to know us better, you will quickly realize that we are a student-centered doctoral program founded upon diversity, multiculturalism, and community.

Our faculty is dynamic.  We are comprised of interesting folks who are nationally visible leaders.  We know the pulse of the profession.  Three of our faculty have served as national presidents to

the American Counseling Association Divisions, one of our faculty co-chaired the American Counseling Association’s Council of Journal Editors, and two faculty have served as editors for national refereed journals.  Our faculty continually publish professional books, refereed journal articles and scholarly works.  They also present around the world from Ireland to Hawaii. 

What does all this mean to you?  Well, if you are seeking a doctoral program experience that provides opportunities to co-author scholarly works or co-present at international, national, regional, or state conferences with faculty, UTSA is the place for you!  You will find a faculty family interested in your success and willing to help you achieve your professional dreams.
